Delta Web Printing is owned and managed by Kasey Cotulla.

Jim Davis and Kasey Cotulla partnered in 2008 to buy Delta Web from the founding partner, Mark Marion. In 2011, they completed the buyout of the company to become 50/50 partners. Delta Web has continued to grow in volume and capabilities under their leadership. Since teaming up, Jim and Kasey have tripled the size of the company, while also acquiring affiliated local print operations to provide customers with even more offerings and services.

The company has been in continuous operation at its West Sacramento facility since its founding in 1992 right up until 2020 when it moved to Natomas. The company was started as a focused manufacturer of book, insert, and periodical printing – and continues to provide these services today. In 2005, Jim Davis joined the company with a minority stake and began assuming responsibility for operations as General Manager. Kasey Cotulla joined the company as a minority partner in 2008, with a focus on business development.

Kasey Cotulla

Kasey Cotulla is the owner Delta Web Printing. He began in printing more than 35 years ago as an 18 year-old janitor at a local Sacramento printing company. He has more than 35 years of experience in printing and has worked at every level in the industry. Before joining the company as a minority partner in 2008, he managed one of the largest commercial printers in the area as president before finally making the leap and becoming a business owner. Kasey's background in print operations, customer relations, and business management provides leadership to Delta Web's exceptional production capabilities. He has grown Delta Web and its affiliated companies into a successful collection of full service companies. In 2018, Kasey bought out his partner, Jim Davis, to become the owner of Delta Web. Affiliated companies: River City Printers, Paul Baker Printing, and Citra Communications.
